Arroyo Pacific Academy is committed to housing its educational facility in a campus-like environment. The facilities will be allocated in two existing buildings located in Santa Anita Ave. and Rolyn Place plus the construction of a new wing designed as the Campus Gateway from Santa Anita Ave. The construction of the elevated new wings of classrooms and administrative offices, while operating as a Campus Gateway allows as well to celebrate the pedestrian quality of Santa Anita Avenue and its connection with the new Gold line Station. The elevated new wings have been proposed to be built fully landscaped under the buildings, responding to the city green buffer set back requirements.
