The site selected to develop this new urban complex consists of 173 hectares located between the cities of San Jose del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas, which belong to the State of Baja California South, México.
Satelite City has been designed to house a population estimated at 37,000 inhabitants, providing all the necessary urban uses and infrastructure serving housing developments, commercial areas, government and public services, and recreational activities, The main goal of Satelite City is to create a a place housing a large working population, engaged with the Baja California South tourist industry.
